Hso Chemdawg

Here we'll be running some Humboldt Seed Organization Chemdawg.


Setup:

Veg:

• 4'x4' tent
• 2x mars to Cree cob conversions for mothers and an old Mars 2 Blurple for clones
• DWC in 5 gallon buckets for our mothers
• 2x4 table for seedlings/clones
• 3'x2' Cement mixing tray
• Humidity dome for clones/seedlings
• Medium is rockwool to start, and expanded clay when we get in the buckets
• 4" Inline fan and filter
• 6" clip on fans

Flower

For mothers:

• 3'x3' closet
• MarsHydro TSW2000 ~320w
• 5 gallon bucket DWC
• 8" inline fan and filter
• 6" clip on fans

For Clones:

• Half of a 4'x8' tent
• ~ 500w of Cree Cobs
• Ebb n Flow SOG for our clones
• 3'x3' Flood trays on a 2"x4" frame
• 27 gallon reservoir
• Medium is expanded clay
• 6" inline fan and filter
• 6" clip on fans

Nutes will be General Hydroponics Flora Trio. Also trying out Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect Sensi Grow and Bloom series.

Chemdawg #1 was a little faster growing and chosen to be our mother plant for this grow.

Normally I'd go from the seed starting cube right into the net pot clay, but my bucket lid pots went missing in the mail and I had to order them again, so she was planted in a 4" rockwool cube for the first couple weeks.

Day 11 above soil. GH trio with CaMg, 300ppm at this point.


Day 15 she finally makes it to a bucket.



She was mostly ignored as far as training and maintained around 750ppm GH Trio.

Day 38 A dozen clones were taken and she was lolipopped, topped, and tied down this week





She'll go into the closet to flower next, with 2 other mothers.

A dozen were taken and 8 were chosen for our flood and drain table. 500ppm GH trio, with 18/6 lighting.

3-4 weeks from cutting, topped.


Gonna call this the end of week 2 of vegging. Tied down this week.

Flowering

A couple weeks after clones were taken Chemdawg #2 was moved into the closet to flower.

Clones were switched to flowering on October 1st

Reservoir changed to MegaCrop 1 part. 100PPMs of CaliMagic and about 500PPM of MegaCrop(4g or 2/3 tsp per gallon)

Harvested around day 55-60, needed to clear them out over the holiday weekend.

Chemdawg #1 was harvested after 68 days flowering. Not too difficult to trim, buds are nice and dense. She reeks of lemon and pine. Looks to be around 4 ounces, but we'll have the weights in a week or 2.

Dry weight in at 114g top bud.

Clones were harvested between day 55 and 60. Dry weight of top bud at just over 11 ounces. Alot of loose buds as well, next time a good defoliation will help.

Harvested around day 60, Chemdawg reeks of pine and lemon. She's smooth smoking, with a euphoric high and little stoned effect. She starts out strong then mellows out for a relaxing, but functional high.
