heya peeps. we are back with the last installment for the Blog Last Drop of 2019!
we are super stoked too, the strain is female seeds auto bubble. cant wait to chew on some of that tastiness!!!
we actually have another auto bubble going in a smaller solo cup style grow and we wanted to see what this gal can do with a little more space to lay roots.

quick recap the plant is in a 2gal rootbuilder pot with recycled coco loco.
we will be actively feeding nutes this round and will use megacrop, teas from roots organic, and straight bennies from the recharge.
the plant will be under a combo of cobs and qb lights, power ranging from 70ish watts at the start up to 370ish watts during bloom.
the plant will start out the grow in a 2x4x6 tent and will probably finish up in a 4x4x6 tent.
for purposes of our blog we will be posting weekly updates of the larger, newer auto bubble with random itty pics tossed in. as per the norm the weekly updates will be posted as pages, to help keep em nice and tidy.

a big thanks to the fine folks at female seeds and @gennaro-fs for giving us the opportunity to run some of their strains!
i have a feeling we will be seeing more of female seeds in a future drop, got my eye on that auto kush and speedbud!!

auto bubble week 1

hey there peeps!
welcome to our week 1 check in.
not too much going as of yet but as you can see we did have a bit of a hiccup.
at day 3-4 i accidentally sprayed auto bubble down with a big old dose of nutes lol. straight burnt the baby leaves a bit but as you can see with the new growth we seem to have already moved passed the damage.
other than that its been a boring easy week and the plant is really taking off. water only for the next week and then i will introduce megacrop into the feed at a vastly reduced strength.
at the end of week 2 i will also begin some training, im going to try something a little bit different this round involving a bend, some tie downs, and a few selective defol snips. see if we cant encourage some weed shrubbery instead of the taller single cola dominant plants we got going currently.
thanks for stopping by and remember dont hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, etc! we luv the company and i swear we wont bite!

Week 2

Not a lot to allow this week as it’s just week 2.
the seedling seems to be healthy if not happy.
we have. Been bending the main horizontal and I’m guessing it’s a week or so away from being big enough I can really anchor the main down.
I have started light nutes, currently the feed is per gallon...
1gr megacrop
1gram sweet candy
I’ll adjust feed next week as needed.
lights are 30” and are running at 50% power, approx 75ish watts.
that’s it for this week, catch ya next week!

Week 3

Week 3 and we are luving this plant!
I have tortured this thing with the big bend and lots of tie downs and it’s just chugging along.
so the idea is/was to bend the main early and basically train it out horizontally. As the side branches started growing in we have tied them down to try and maintain a wide flat canopy.
well it seems to be working, and here’s a thing that I kinda thought might happen, the early bend seems to have slowed down the autoflowering cycle without slowing down actual growth.
I don’t know if that’s actually happening or not but I know this plant seems to be shaping up and I’m cool with that!
we are feeding full time now and week 3 was another light feed week.
next week tho we will increase the megacrop to 3gr/gal along with the sweet candy and we will be adding calmag as well.
Starting low there pribs 1-2 ml per gallon and we will adjust as needed.
thanks for checking out auto bubble with us and catch you next week.

Week 4

Auto Bubble is churning along.
the training is going splendidly and we’ve managed to maintain a super low profile, the main stem is almost horizontal lol.
lots of bending and tie downs on the training front.
feeds have been good tho we did hit the plants with a full strength shot of megacrop and there’s a few burnt tips.
we will back off the megacrop next week which is fine anyways as we should be getting close to actual preflower.
when that time has come we will probably hold the megacrop in the 3-4 gram/gal range while we add bud explosion to the feed.
the only other thing to really note is that auto bubble and 3 other plants just recently moved from the wifeys tent in the basement into my tent upstairs.
now they’ve got a lil more room to move around and a bit more warmth.
luving the grow so far, not necessarily an easy one on account of the grow style and training but the plant has been real cooperative!
