New seed has got underway in double quick time
24 hours in pH'ed water to start the process.
24 hours in a damp sheet of kitchen roll inside a lockable bag.
24 hours in a rootit plug in a germination tray.
After these 72 hours I have a seedling with the taproot already outside the plug.
This will now be moved into the rdwc system using hydroton clay pebbles that have been boiled and then soaked for 2 days in water pH'ed to 5.8 - the pH had to be adjusted twice a day but is now steady at 5.8.
