A Crackin' run

With all the turbulence, my plans have changed. Plan was to head south for the winter, but with all going on, and a poor performance from the tent my last round, (photos, and genetics were meh) I kinda need another round out sooner rather than later...

So, so that I can be done early February and maybe still get out of here for a couple months, this will be a run of Mephisto Cracks.

1 sour crack
4 Sam's Crack (these are/were small and light brown, not holding my breath that they pop)
3 White Crack

1 CDLC & 1 Super Orange Haze started as well on the chance I don't get any of the Sam's crack to come up.

6 spots, 3 gallon bags. Will be running Nectar for the gods #4 soil, and this time instead of running a modified Roman regime, I'll be using just Oneshot with some Gia, Demeters and Herc. If things look good, I may try and kick in the Bloom Khaos.

Trying to cut the "cost per run" here. The end product is phenomenal, but I'm dropping close to 300$ a round for nutes in a 4x4.

Wow, serious work! Can't belive I lost track of this thread. Didn't get any update/notification thingys. I thought I subbed it earlier. Ah, well, found it now. Definitely paying attention to your feed and nute schedule. I'm quite curious to try the Oregons line either next grow or the one after.

Do you think their soil is worth shipping in? Is it specifically made to work well with their lineup?

I really like the soil, and yes, made for nectar. (Pretty high in bonemeal) Works well with other nutrient lines too. For all practical purposes, it's the same mix as sunshine #4.

Loving this round.... best one in at least a year, maybe in the last 5. Gonna be real heavy. Few more weeks! Walter has a bit of an odd look, thinking it's a bit of ruderelous showing through, but geez the frost she puts out! :yoinks:

DAY 68

Things looking good, pulling the Medusas down to 25% upping the Ghia to fill the spot. Reducing Bloom Khaos to 5ml, HH drop to 60ml.

Getting close... wish walter would get its butt in gear... I'm pressed for time! 3 weeks... I've got 3 weeks till they all need to be down and hanging... or whoever's left is gonna have to make it 5 days neglected while I go to the kids wedding... that would put the day count over 100, have never had an auto run longer than 90, except that first NL from 00... wish I could forget her... god she was bad!

:yoinks: Glorious! Looks like I'm going to need to try out that Roman Regime sooner than later.
Am very pleased with this run. Don't think I've seen this tent this packed before. The pictures really don't do it justice... when you look down it's like a solid layer of nug 8 to 10" deep. Began cleaning and setting up the room I dry in this morning, rH is a little low, it'll take a little bit to get it up.

You really do need to throw out anything you know about salt based nutes. Once you start doing as the beard says (slurry, ppm, keep the pH up!) They really start responding. Pretty sure I could have pushed harder if my wallet was deeper too...

Might have to do some single plant runs and see what can be done there.

Did you grow those or just steal pics off the vendor sites? Those look like advertisement images.
This has been a fantastic run. Saying I was pleased would be a huge understatement.
Although, that Hubbabubba Haze does not look like the Hubbabubba Haze I grew during the test, it looks more like the Super Orange Haze. Guess I could have gotten them mixed, it was the same test. It so, all good, the SOH was a winner.

You killed it and I can't even give you rep for it. What's the length like on your colas of good bud?
8 to 10 inches on the NCH & GT the HBH is closer to 6". Walter's behind, but has put on her track shoes in the last week... she'll end up in the 8" area too.
Was hoping that the NCH would stretch till next Tuesday, 4-20 (multiple celebrations, I have a faa drone pilot test on Tuesday as well)... but I think she'll probably come down this weekend, lookin as she does.

Wow looks amazing in there. Great work! Do you mind if I ask a couple questions? I just googled bloom khaos and see that it's a foliar. Do you foliar this far into flower? Or do you just use it to feed the soil and it works just as well that way? You think it would be a pretty easy addition to any nutrient regime? Or is it the type of product that you really need to run the full NOTG line to see the benefits? Also, I'm curious what you use the solo cup for. Do you just have a false bottom or something for when you transplant? Thanks much! Looking forward to seeing you bring this home! Hope you get the time you need! And sorry for the noobish questions, I'm just fascinated by all this stuff

BK foliar will give you more budsites, watered in it makes for a larger plant with a voracious appetite. I don't foliar bk... just water in. The nectar line is different from other nutrient lines in that it does not use a salt molecule to transport the np&k. It uses the calcium molecule instead. Bk causes the plant to draw up calcium (bringing everything else with it). In a standard line that's salt based, am betting you'd have major issues within a few days of application. Even with nectar, if you don't have enough food in the soil you see problems straight away.
Only products from nectar that I'd use without running their nutes would be Olympus up, Hades down, and their soil blends.
Solo cups are stacked in pairs. Inner cup has the bottom couple inches removed. Seeds started in the solos, @ about 2 weeks, remove outer cup and plant in final pot. Makes the transplant smoothr, and as an added benefit, it raises the plant a couple inches, making feeding, etc much easier.

DAY 77.

Am planning on taking the NCH friday morning. She's ready. Everyone else will hang out a bit longer.

Girls are all down. NCH just hit glass, hbh and Walter are in paper sacks in the drying room, and the ghost Toof just came down and is hanging in there now as well. Rough estimate on the NCH is 8 oz. She's filling 2 - 3L jars, and half of a 3rd. Will update when it's all in jars.

This was such a great journal to go through and the end results were absolutely stunning. Congrats on a killer run. Was curious what dehumidifier did you end up buying for your tent under the plants? Did you have any heat issues with it. Thanks brother.
