Hi there AFN
Long time listener first time caller Not really.. i been member for a while.. posted a little here and there.
me thinks its time to start a blog :)
Prolly be grows and other various and sundry bullshit .

To start my little journey here at AFN..

I wonder ..Why did I start growing my own Meds?
I had someone recently tell me that part of why they got into the cannabis industry was shit dealers and lack of integrity. Said they needed to “flip the script” in the industry
that resonates with me..i knew i needed to flip the script in my own cannabis journey. !
my whole life ... getting weed was this monumental fucking task where i had to chase down shady people under sketchy circumstance... just to get 7g.. you gotta know a guy that knows a guy.. who knows this other dealer that gets good smoke...
Bullshit.. one day i said ..i gotta deal with bullshit 1 of 3 ways..

1. Quit

2. Keep doing the same sketchy hunt For quarter bags from god knows where .. mediocre quality.. sativa?? Indica?? Who knows .. crapshoot.. and almost always full of seeds.. great if you are paying for seed.. not great if you want flower to smoke :)

3. Grow my own

i choose option 3
I figured if im gonna smoke bullshit.. i might as well smoke my bullshit .. and not have to hunt shit down ALL the time...

Now dont get me wrong... i have had some great dealers along 4 decades ... but the “odds are not ever in your favor”.

Along the way... i have killed many a 10$ bean... the learning curve can be steep in so many ways.
but.. i have learned and have been able to experience some great genetics..AND provide my own stream of meds without the added Bullshit.

Jack hearer
Northern lights

And a few others that i have smoked yet forgotten :)

the journey is great. This plant is the bees knees ;)
