I've been lurking on these forums for a long while and figured I would share details of my first ever grow since I've been thinking about doing one for quite a few years and being cooped up in quarantine was exactly the motivation I needed to start!
I think this might be possibly one of the lowest budget grows ever recorded so I'm incredibly proud if I pull this off, in total I've spent around $55 equivalent for supplies INCLUDING seed and grow light. (I've bought probably the cheapest LED grow panel light I can find on Ebay, to compensate however this plant has been on a 24h grow cycle since it was germanated.) I'm using the rich peat based soil found in my garden, a 6.5Ph fertiliser and perlite mix, nuteswise I was using a high nitrogen bottle feed for veg and now a supermarket brand high potash tomato food for flower. (Nothing fancy basically)
I'm currently on day 57 and well into flowering, I'm growing the narcotherapy auto from cream of the crops and haven't found a major hitch so far, however I'm acutely aware I have quite a few weeks left, so anything could happen
The seed sprouted at day three and at day 21 I started to apply LST up until about day 37, looking back I should have applied it well into preflower however I wasn't sure.
These photos are ripped straight off a private (no viewer) Snapchat story that I was keeping for personal reference. Any further photos I take will just be for this blog however.
I'm slightly worried I'm going to be chased off the forums for my very cheap costcutting approach to growing, and if I had no bills to pay you'd bet I'd spend a lot more.
