Bill.de.Cat Bombs Out.

Hi, I'm BilldeCat and I'm a weedaholic....20+ years on the wagon I slipped and rolled off right into an ad for Mars-hydro lights that popped up in my news feed and this a journal into my descent into madness. Brain went into overdrive, asked a friend, "dude, you know where I can get a couple seeds?" ...laughing, he told me I could buy em in town at the hydro store so I checked it out...120 bucks later I had a plan...order lights, tent, fans, nutes.....
................ACTION.
Got 1st auto grow done, bit light and airy but all tasters loved em..even won some seeds in the Halloween contest sponsored by Bomb Seeds, so that's what I'll be running here. 1092156-e07931e6961f8f2b036e27fd221ee76b.jpg.
Going with their photo line at 1st cause season is getting ready and tasters want clones and I want to try a small perpetual with some auto thrown in.
Using same setup, 2 x MH ts600's to start, want to upgrade to 2 x ts1000 with 1 ts 600 in between in the flower tent. Use the other ts600 in closet for mothers and clones.
Cloneking 25 came today, must say it looks pretty nice and hope it lives up to the 95% claims. Stock market took a big dump so holding off abit on ordering the new lights.
Dropped 2 beans each of

Gorilla Bomb 1092161-bf797bbe3c1b4a9a27213b90cb212c0c.jpg
and Big Bomb1092162-7bf2411456a434766f1bc39395be2130.jpg
Think the hash and gorilla are showing me my mothers, not so good with the big bombs.

Soooo....that's where I'm at at this time, will update in a day or 4 on any other developments or thoughts. As you might be able to tell I'm apt to just ramble until someone stops me....

week 2.5/3 update.

A little repotting, a little overwatering, a little nutrient drain. But everything recovering nicely. Did normal water in the solo cups, next day drooping on the big 3. Raised temp a little, pointed fan directly across to aid in evap and transpire rates, waited a day. Next morning a little worse so transplanted to their big pots in afternoon giving the root mass a tiny squeeze to loosen up the soil for better aeration before dropping them in.

Hash Bomb was the worse, a slight yellowing on lower leaves.

Gorilla Bomb not so bad, some drooping.

My Blueberry Orphan fared best, hardly any adverse effects.

the 2 Big Bombs still rolling slow, but they still going. Still no indication which will be the one to clone from.

Still letting the other Gorilla Bomb go in case it shows any traits I might want to keep going.

Quick and easy pot up for these due to these just needing to provide 2 or 3 clones each before I flip em over to see what they'll produce to make final judgement
on what I'll continue on with.
Just a simple 8 x 8 x 8 inch wire frame made from field fence and lined with landscape fabric filled with FFHF.

Thinking about using TaNgs EASY feed schedule as it does seem easy and using rain/purified water which has been PHing out to around 7 everytime so far I won't worry so much about that aspect of the grow.
Figure another 2 weeks and I should be able to get the cloning started up, want em tall enuff to give me at least 2 clones each, wait a week for them to recover and clones to show some roots then flip em over to flower. Maybe by then I'll have pulled the trigger on upgrading my lights.
Welp, thats about all thats happened so far, still early stages on getting this semi-perpetual grow going but it's coming together slowly.
Thanks for tuning in.

week 3.5/4 update

Finished repotting and cleaned up the tent. Found drain trays that fit so no spillage worries. New lights ordered along with other equipt to set up mother and clone area in closet.

Snipped a couple yellowed out leaves from bottoms, branching starting to take off so cloning not far off..
