Thanks mate I found it :thumbsup: I'm quite a cheapskate so I'm just gonna wing it this grow an hope for the best and buy new coco for the next time :rofl: I would of thought it would break down naturally anyway :shrug: so we'll see how it ends up in the end :pass:

Make sure you rinse the hell out of it with PHd water and then reset it with cal-mag and low, low nutes. TBH I found it very messy and far more hassle than it was worth but if you're in a pinch then go for it, it's works fine.

Yeah thanks mate I'll do that :cheers: I didn't even rinse it at all for this last run, they still turned out ok, thankfully :pass:

You basically just gotta flush it really. I'm assuming you're doing the toward the end of the grow anyway but a good heavy PH perfect flush will help it get back to it's original state. Add some low nutes and ideally some Great White or something similar and you're ready to rumble.

You'll probably need to sort of knead it a bit too (the messy part) to break it a bit. It will probably be quite compacted and have some root matter in there but neither are much of a problem.
