After reading THIS POST over in the Honorable @Hazy 's Horticultural Hemphouse, I'm now contemplating if and when to throw a veritable feast of Bloom Nutes into the Campus cafeteria ...


Are my girls ready to change their diet and then leap into exhibiting their Sweet flowers to all who gaze upon them?

DAY 23 - [morning of]:

Temperatures: ... Under HPS ~29 ℃ ... Ambient Room 26 ℃

Had a good look at the Campus inhabitants this morning, after reading the info in the @Hazy thread re: the transition period, when feeding can be combination of both Grow and Bloom nutes.

I think all the Creams are telling me they want to make the transition to a new diet ... the Cream Caramels, Cream Mandarine and Devil Creams are all looking a little bored with their current regime, and for their next feed, I'll break their Groundhog Day nutrition and mix it up for them.

The Killer Kush still have the appearance of needing more time in the growth phase, as their little, developing buds haven't developed as much as the other buxom ladies.

Here's an example of the difference between the Creams and the Killer Kush tops ... these are typical buds across the various strains;

... the Killer Kush seem more immature than the various Creams, so it looks like a split feeding regime for a brief period.

Interesting...... Question is if a deficit of say Phosphor and/or Kalium delay or merely make smaller buds...... Until ample amounts of food is available?

Does Auto genetics know when it is lean times and when it is a feast, how would all them genetic bits and bob's know, how do they find out...... Do They hold a summit meeting, a conference call, read tea leaves perhaps, or do they just watch Fox News......

I daresay you will come to appreciate the unexpected spaciousness of a villa tent....... Wish I had space to put up what is in the 2 boxes collecting dust in the shed..... For now!!!

Well, to be honest, I hadn't planned to 'flip' them yet, but I think they're telling me they're ready.

Not concerned about the Killer Kush being a little late to the party ... given they're not part of the Cream family, I'd be surprised if there wasn't a differing genetic trait.

Right ... if the Cream ladies are choking on Nitrogen, and so hell-bent on flashing their lady bits, then I'll try to satiate them by flipping the diet to a Bloom oriented smorgasbord. I just hope I've noticed it in time, and I can minimise the dreaded Toxicity Claw.

For the Killer Kush - not yet.
They're still showing me that - for now - they're happy with the Growth based menu, but will monitor it very closely.
