Really pretty lame to go on a vendetta against a small independent breeder
(and, only one of two responsible for creating the seeds in question, so why not warn everyone off Brother Mendel too).
Going about on a crusade telling everyone that Gnome is bunk is just making life difficult for a small independent breeder (most of which are struggling to stay afloat these days)
If I bought an apple, and then found a worm in it. I'd take it back to the grocery store I bought it from and ask for a refund. I wouldn't go around telling everyone to beware the farmer because his apples all have worms.
If the seeds you got from Oregon Elite Seeds didn't germinate, then you contact them. If your pack had 0% germination, but no one else seems to have had the same issues with Blackstrap, it was probably something wrong with storage at OES that caused your issue (or in shipping). Either way, not Gnomes fault.
