I thought this was a nitrogen deficiency but it's up at the the top not near the bottom maybe it's a mixture of nitrogen deficiency and something else it's on all plants they are 54 days old I'm in fox farms ocean forest soil with LED lighting I'm using mollasses and organic bloom nutrients I'm not sure if this is normal at this stage.

No it is in veg. Do you have a PPM or EC meter?
 
Sorry. I did not notice. At this point 284 would be close to correct IMO but until you green it up something more like 10-8-4 seems to make sense.
The fastest way would be by adding nitrogen rich foliar spray
 
I'd do kelp, fulvic...
Perhaps a tea with kelp, fulvic, alfalfa, worm, molasses...
Optic foliar would be an easy option
