DONT SCRAP THEM. It is just foxtailing. It is not ideal but they are definitely not males. It is normally caused but heat stress but it can be from general stress to the plant. It will not affect potency it will just be more of a pain in the ass to trim.
Some stains are genetically predisposed to foxtail (Dr Grinspoon is the most well known, but Jack Herer will do it as well). ULH is not a genetic foxtail strain. Plants that do it because of genetics will have all bud sites forming like that, as yours are just the top section it is almost certainly because of an environmental factor.
Stick with them @Yeatster the ugly ones are often the most loved!
