Day 48 for the critical jacks

These girls are well into preflower now finally stopped vertical growth i hope cause im out of height.

Harvested the sour diesels last week got about 7 oz of decent bud (lost some to bud rot) but went and bought a dehumidifier so shouldnt happen again.

The smoke is really nice and stone is on the heavy side. Heres a couple nugs

Decided to try some in the press and make some rosin.

Got some 90 micron bags and packed them tight with 3.5g of sour d bud.
Put it in between the parchment paper and let temps rise.
Was happy to see this come out

Removed the squished puck of bud

0.7 back from 3.5 of bud bout 20% return. I think thats a decent result.
Hopefully get to try a bit soon

I started off low like 190c for 2-3 mins but it was at 220-230c for 2 and a half minutes i got the best returns

lovely job woody im rosin crazy at the min i hardly smoke bud anymore i bet that tasted fine

hot hot hot hotter temps yield a bit better but the low temps gives you the flavour try going low like 80-120c for a long slow press play around with it if you have trim buds also depends alot on the strain you have some dont squish so well others pour out resin have you got your self a dab rig yet
