Never use CFLs. They're a waste of time. But don't overdo it with the LEDs or you're going to stunt your plants. They'll start twisting your leaves and burning them as you're seeing now. This means you have too much light. A little ain't a big deal, but I've stunted them bad in the past even with just 2 12w LEDS at 5 inches height.

You need to start raising your lights a bit until they aren't stressing anymore.

People think you need massive amounts of watts in your lights. but that's not true. Basically, long story short, HPS are terribly inefficient and the wattage is a red herring.

Well cut paki 13 wksn super hash11.both about a z....nice n sticky....drying now....cut vertigo
today after only 9 wks.had alot of white flys on it so wanted to clean out tent.mostly seedlings.plant is pretty now that i trimmed.....wanna see if the buzz at 9 is much dift than then with the longer left ones....my transiberian is almost 11 looking good now....gonna let her go 12/13 n see how couchlocky she mite be...started some stone dragons an auto purple,tha shiznet and a kush n cheese....

Transiberian is getting real fat.....gave a sledgehammer cleanse but then hit with one more tigar bloom n molasis drink today...gonna give plain water for next week n flush n chop next weeek

So sat night got cold n rainy sun too so this am i cut her for fear of mold starting.fat sticky buds...maybe a z have to dry n see....one of my hardy to grow plants until i put outside and left alone....
