just thought I would do a quick update on my lst adventures ive got the bigger girl bent over good and proper 
it will slow the upward growth but should make the lower branches stretch I just bent her a little bit every few hours so I wouldn't snap her

Cool method! Been letting my Mephisto girls grow ah natural. But will have to get back into LST this summer when I do some larger strains. Let the torture begin

Hello Wile,as usual i forgot to press watch thread so wasnt getting notifications.Ive done it now.
Those young ladies are big for 10days,it must be those new Amare lights of yours.Ive got a 14day AU in a 3l airpot thats nowhere near as big as those youve got.

Hey up red wondering were you got to I do think the lights help but using rootriot cubes (I believe they give the roots something to grip on in the coco) and full strength rhizotonic from day 2 helps I also try to feed them every day little and often

Im doing a50/50 coco soil mix this run but next I'll be using the root riot and 80/20 coco perlite mix so I'm taking in all this knowledge
