I'm gonna guess at Rye grains.
When I grew some shrooms I used Brown rice flour and vermiculite and made cakes in hipless glasses.

You guessed right dude just a kit I bought online seems easy enough so far (famous last words) if I can get enough shrooms off a couple of grows to last me for a bit I will just do two kits at a time or I might just say fuck it and buy a pressure cooker in for a penny and all that [emoji1]

Yes mate its sterilised Rye grain just wipe the injection port on the bag with an alcohol wipe wipe the needle and pump in 5 ml per bag keep in a warm dark place just put mine in a cardboard box in my grow tent wait until the bag is all white get your polymer it's in a bag and pour on half a cup of boiling water and leave to cool when thats cooled cut open your colonised bag about half way from the Rye to the top give your polymer a good mix and poor over your grains fold the bag back over hold with cloths pegs and put back in a dark warm place phew how the fuck did I remember that ha ha

The kits my mate used to get were ready mixed. Chuck it in a bucket, add water, cover with cling film(south England)/clingy-o (Scousey)/ or shrinkie wrap(U.S.)[emoji1]
