jeeeez,... well, I hope you can get some resolution either way mate! I'm brain-farting here, what's that abbreviation for the rating of how permeable a unit is to moisture/air? I seem to recall the new GN is really sealed up... and are you running CO2? A recent snafu here with another company and their honoring of warranty brought this to mind,.. the claim is that CO2 along with high RH% causes a reaction with the water, forming carbonic acid to condense onto components and corrode them,.. It's a chemical fact with the CO2 at least, but I have no info about how the rest plays out,... I can see how though, but just how much CO2 is needed, how long the exposure,...

I don't run c02 dude i think they had a problem with the fans stopping but they put in cut out switches if the unit gets to hot but I'm running older 150 panels, I've emailed Vic just wait and see what he says not sure what the time is in California [emoji16]

I haven't mate the actual led board is sealed so nothing gets in could be a driver, switch, fan, faulty connector the list is endless [emoji16]

Just had a proper look at the led and it's the fan the newer 150 panels cut out if they get to hot so it still works just needs a fan before i can run it [emoji16]

...Wile, I just had a hack idea for the fan; <--(yah, it came from me junk bucket ) ..... Do you have a small 6-8" fan, like a clip type, or computer type? I wonder if you can lay that flush above the vents and let it do the job for now,... if so, do a no-power run and see if it works enough flow through the guts!

Yeah cheer up, I'm in the same country as Amare and both of my orders each took about a month. You can always go out and nick one of the local street lamps

It's only a fan ducks just waiting on Vic to get back to me but it's the weekend so will probably hear Monday I've asked them to tell me the size and voltage blah blah fittings and shit so i can buy a shit hot silent pc fan might even do all the lights
