Hello i am on my second grow things were going perfect until yesterday. Some wierd color spots appeared on some leafs. enviroment conditions are pretty close to optimal. Ph of my solution is 6.5 for the whole grow. Medium is a biobizz light mix with some cocofiber and perlite in. Biobizz nutrients also.
plant is a bluematic from RQS around day 40 from sprouting and it is in a tent 40x40x120 (cm) with a led panel 120w. 5 days ago i moved panel closer to plant and after a day or 2 i notice the spots below a

around 5-%10% of leafs have spots.Biggest damage shown in first pic.
I googled for common deficiencies but i am not sure what it is.
Any suggestions are welcomed thx

Hard to tell with the color in the pics under the light, but am thinking towards a Calcium/Magnesium def due to the fact you are using Bio Bizz nutes/soil (they are lacking in these two elements, had the same problem myself due to this) and you are using a LED seems to increase the need for CalMg in a grow.

Start adding CalMg supplement to the feeds it will take a few days to get into the plant though, you can make up a light mix of CalMg + water (distilled is best) and give them a foliar feed on the tops and bottoms of the leaves to get the nutes into the plant quick while the feed works its way through the soil, this is best done 30-60 mins before lights on to stop water on the leaves burning them when magnifyed under the light.

Looks like a calcium deficiency.
What type of soil are you using and what is the soil pH currently?
What type of water, RO, Distilled, Tap, etc. are you using

I agree with Spanglish & oldster,i guess moving the light closer has caused her to use
more calcium and magnesium.

i was thinking calcium too. But i had add some calcium and GHE mineral magic for magnesium last week. I will try to increase dosage and see what happens. thx
