Fully germinated and put in pot on 27th of April with 3" of coco coir on top of happy frog,under 600w bestiva veg only. I have 4 in the tent this one being the only one from vision seeds. What do you think could be the problem,bad genetics or a mutation?

If it’s a different strain from the rest of your plants started the same day, it probably grows different. I never give up on my plants & I would give it time making sure it’s growing conditions are optimal. When they are this little they spend a lot of time growing roots, so it looks like they are not growing, but they are, it’s just in the soil
