Why my auto don’t grow more than 3cm with 3 weeks???

They are northern light auto, the soil is composed with 40%substrat 25%humus 25%perlite 10%vermiculit and argila on bottom...just watering

Water around the edge of the pot, that forces the roots to search out for the water. And yes add some food

Whatsoever is in your feeding plan, Im a liquid guy so I would go with biobizz or similar. Also what linda lights r you using? She wont get past that under cfls or weak lights...
Could you please fill the forum form so we can get more info?
