Photoperiod Why is there moisture on leaves ?

OK guys, my problem seems to be the opposite of what you guys are saying. I'm in AZ. which is a hot / dry climate. I run my 600 watt Meizhi LED on 12/12 from midnight till noon. I'm in the 2nd week of flower & this is 1 plant in a 2' x 4' x 6' tent. (I'll try to upload a photo after I create this post) The Temp in the tent with lights on is usually between 78 F/ 26 C - 82 F / 28 C. RH has been around 28% - 35% & stays between there when lights are off. I just added a couple of wet towels in a bucket last night to try to bring the RH up some because I only have 1 humidifier & it's being used in my other tent. The wet towels brought it up a little so far & It's now @ 38% RH. I'm also increasing my exhaust fan speed to try to draw more hot air out of the tent. It exhausts out the window. I have 1 oscillating fan on at all times also in this small tent. When lights are off temps only drop to 74 F / 23.5 C - 75 F / 24 C.
So by what I read in the High Times article on VPD it sounds like my temps are too high & my RH is too low. (I'll post what it says)
I'm only getting a drop of water on 3-4 leaves at this time & it's the top leaves so I'm wondering if my light is too close & causing too much heat on those couple of leaves. The light is about 12" above the canopy & I can't get it any higher without changing the way my exhaust fan is set up in the tent. I've been tying branches back to keep them from growing into the light. Going to buy another 4' x 4' x 7' tent today if possible & switch everything out because this small tent just don't cut it. The other plant is in that size tent with no issues. Wish I didn't sell my 4' x 8' x 7.5' tent right now (kicking myself for that).
So .... I have no way to really get the temps lower than 75 - 82 F without a bigger grow area to spread the heat out more. I can bring the RH up to match the temps however & add Co 2. But from what I've read Co 2 doesn't really help unless your grow area stays in the 90's F.
Hopefully, you guys have some suggestions on what I can do for the time being now that you have more info.
I'll post the High Times info below in another post & then try to upload some pics.
Thanks for all your replies. The more I can learn, The better I'll get at this.

High Times article says: When the Temp in your grow room goes up, so will the need for your plant to transpire. The Hotter & Drier the air, the more the plant will transpire (this is what I'm experiencing). During weeks 1 & 2 temps should be 77 - 79 F with 65 - 75% RH. Weeks 3 & 4 Temps 75 - 77 F with 55 - 65% RH. Weeks 5 - 9 Temps 74 - 76 F with 42 - 51% RH.
These are Temps & RH during the Flower Cycle only & not the Veg Cycle.
My temps do get that low a lot of the time but I can't keep them there 100% of the time without adding A/C. The highest Temp I've reached is 84 F & the lowest is 74 F which I don't think is extremely out of range.
My RH has obviously been too low as it's only been between 28 - 35% (due to bad advice I got from another grower on a different site). I had my RH up to 75% during Veg but dropped it down because I was told to keep it between 25 - 50% for flower from this Know nothing guy who gave me the bad advice.
It will probably take close to 3 days to get the RH back up to where it should be.
So, do you think that just getting the RH up higher with my current Temp ranges could be the answer or do I have to get the temps down also ?
I'll try to upload pics in a minute. I have to get them off my camera & on my computer 1st so it could take a few minutes.
Thanks for any advice.

3 pics starting week 3 of Flower (The plant with drops of moisture)

Just tied the branches back yesterday in the last 3 pics so they look kind of weird right now; but they will fill in again like the 1 in the 1st pic. Did the same thing to the one in the 1st pic 2 weeks ago & it filled back in nicely.
Believe it or not I did a heavy de-fol on both plants 2 weeks ago (removed at least 150 leaves from each right before I started 12/12 cycle). They are just growing like mad in these 10 gallon grow bags.

I would try to aim for 55-60% range where you are at in flower and lower it as the buds build but personally I don't go below 45%

Working on buying another 4' x 8' x 7.5' tent right now. Found someone on offer up with a brand new one still in the box for $80 near me so hoping he calls soon so I can go get it & switch everything over tonight. I think that should help bring the temps down some & I'll be able to fit both plants in 1 tent so I'll be able to use the 1 humidifier for both plants that way.
The 55 - 60% sounds good to me also.

Got the tent & it's all set up & running. Temp with lights on is now 77 F with 45% RH. Should be in good shape now. We'll see tonight when lights come on again.

Lowest Temps last night were 73 F & Highest were 79 F. RH stayed between 45% - 51%. I see NO Moisture drops anymore so I think I'm good now.
I love this new tent. It's a Yazzy. Never heard of it before but it's really thick material & has viewing windows & plenty of duct outlets. Very nice for $80. It was brand new still in the original packaging; although I bought it from someone on Offer Up. Feel like I got a great deal on it as the original sticker on it says $198.99 .
