New Grower Why is my avatar pic so small.

I had asked this question in the past. The answer i got was. You do not have enough respect and you are not ranked high enough.There are people here with the same respect and rank as me and have a nice big picture, and some with small ones? I thought it was the size of the picture that i had loaded up. So i made it bigger and it did not help. My picture is small and people can not see what it is.

What is the trick, what am I missing?

I was told to resize to either 100x100 or 150x150.

656X336 is what i Just loaded. Still small.

Yeah, it's weird. That's what I was doing and was told that was way too big. And to do the size mentioned before. I dunno man.

upload your pic, then hit the preview button...now you see the thumbnail...double click it...then copy the URL(thats the address box)...then you must open the window pane in the header..right next to the film strip...paste your image in there and uncheck the box... now you have a full size pic... you can also re size someone elses pic by double clicking the image copy the url..then paste in the window pane...
