Day 13. Shes happy go lucky

Looked at her this morning and saw powdery mildew!!!
I looked at all my other plants and they were fine, so I made a solution of southern sg biofungicide 5ml in 1 qt of h2o and sprayed the leaves generously and sprayed every leaf on all plants in my tent and sprayed the entire tent with this solution. I looked 2 hours later and the mildew is beginning to reside (fast results from this stuff), so I sprayed it again on every plant and will be again tomorrow twice. I believe this is the end if the problem. However, sad to say this strain is prone to mildew :(

Luckily none of my plants are far enough in to flower that these biofungicide will cause any issue as they will be uptaken by the plant and the mildew will be killed. I will just have to watch this closely on this plant

Heres a photo that shows the white just starting everywhere. I was like woah! That has to be stopped right now!!!

No bueno. Good u got on it fast.
Not at all

I just got off the phone talking to a friend. They told me to make a super strength solution and drench the roots with a solution of my southern ag biofungicide at 50ml per gallon and pour about 1/8th gallon at the base of each plant as the roots may also be in harm and the roots can uptake the biofungicide and keep the mildew at bay by killing the mildew in the soil. I should have thought of that too. So I did that too.

I'm in all out war against mildew :fire:

I've been talking on and off on the phone with my friend about the mildew issue. He told me to go ahead and spray again now with the solution so I did.
Told me to then, since I had about 1/6 of the bottle left with the solution of 5 ml to 1 at water, to fill the spray bottle back up with water, and put in 1 more ml of bio fungicide and shake and spray that one more time in about 4 to 5 hours and then wait 12 hours and spray with the more dilute spray twice.

Looks like I'm getting results. Will have to see what tomorrow brings. But since instated using this stuff, the website was updated stating specifically that it can be used foliar for powdery mildew and other types.

Can you tell mammas anxious.

I have a dehumidifier going and a lot of air moving now too. Already emptied a tank from the dehumidifier. Also have the air conditioner running it down to a bit lower temps to try and kill it off a bit more

Did a biofungicjde spray today of the plants. Over night it looks like things my have got under control. It appears the little splotching might be from the run off as the other plants have that look too which I saw right after spraying them the first time yesterday.
But I might have to pull the plant. Every other plant in the tent is fine but I've been spraying them all. None but this seems to have the issues. Tomorrow I'm going to just see how it looks and decide. As much as I want to run this. I still have another tester seed and can restart.

This is the first I ever got mildew and it's only on this plant and none if the others in my garden and none of the others even caught it. I guess I'm giving it a run for its money.

I'll get a photo when it dries up, but heres how she looks after being sprayed so you can get the idea

Here’s hoping you eradicate the PM. I’ve had lots of issues, but never PM. You are helping me and others gain knowledge... so thanks for posting and battling... we learn together @MissUniverse !
