It depends you should do some research about the two strains. How they grow, there both somewhat similar. Jack herer has more sativa in it. Cheese is created from a skunk. all of those would be perfect but like jcloud says it depend on whatever like indica or sativa effects also the breeder is very important i would recommend delicious seeds they have lots of critical crosses then theres also dinafem and my favorite dutch passion who just released a new critical orange punch plan to run it myself in the next few weeks
If you buy a cheap seed vs very expensive. You really won't even notice a difference between potency. Alot of times I researched on here from the experienced growers. There's alot of cheaper deals around. A good time to buy like rollin mentioned
