New Grower Where can I find Promix medium?

Around here Lowes and Home Depot don't carry it. I get mine at a greenhouse supply store. Also check Ace Hardware. Several people have found it there recently. I prefer BX for seedlings and plants under HPS lights. For LEDs, T5s and CFLs, I think HP is better. BX hold a little more moisture than HP. Sunshine Mix #4 is very similar. You might be able to find it instead.

Metro Mix is bigger in the deep south than Pro-Mix. It's very similar in quality and can be found at feed and seed stores. I found Pro-Mix when I found FoxFarm stuff. The Fox Farm site had a Hydro shop an hour from me and they also carry Pro-Mix, yet they aren't listed as a Pro-Mix dealer.

They are probably buying it from a supply store like where I get mine. That have pallet after pallet of it. They sell to greenhouses, nurseries and such. Haven't seen Metro Mix around here.
