Start with 1/4 dose at around week 3-4 add as much water as you need to get a little bit of run off then only water again when the pot is alot lighter or when you still have a little bit of moister in the top inch or so of the soil Si
it depends on a host of factors, strain, training, media, nutrient type, age, light
thats why I really hate to give random weeks to anyone
life does not have a cookie cutter guide of one size fits all

I Agree. BUT, for us newbies a guide can make our life so much more easy. From there we can go on to learning how to read plants etc etc.
Muddys guide, the one a linked, have really helped me out. Like a lot. And all info from other growers as well.
I dont think many of us here could read our plants the very first grow.

Si1984 has given you a really good safe guideline. OF is loaded with nutes. 1/4 dose or less if the plants seem vibrant to the gallon of water. Slowly pour until you get enough run-off for a PH reading--that will ensure that you are not over watering or force feeding. Post some photos on this thread around the 4th week. Let us know what strains you are growing or if you have a log. I would like to follow along.
heres one dont feed in hydro in the first 7 days or your plant dies
light mix will run out of food before allmix
cheese will burn in most media feed several weeks later
most organics are buffered in media so can be fed earlier
haze super autos flower several weeks longer than the above guide
just to name a few situations where the guide is useless
a noob should be able to tell if his leafs are getting lighter greener/yellow from under feeding or rams horning from over fert
my guide is based around organic biobizz even they fed early the chances is if they kept into guide lines it would not burn plant and would solve most of the above issues and save me the barrage of emails on whats wrong with my plants sob sob
