All the claims about a popular breeder had me scrambling to save $ so I could add some of their "famous" strains to my rotations. 14 years of perpetual grows, mostly autos, some photos, I was excited to get these highly rated beans under lights. It began several months of head scratching and slowly changing parameters...

1st order...some germed, some didn't....all stunted or died quickly....

2nd order...2 strains grew but were very small yeilds...

3rd order....first 3 strains have done so poorly, I've finally decided to remove the breeder from rotations and move on to more productive bean breeders. In 14 yrs, I've never had this kind of constant problems with any others.
All these failures have been alongside other breeders in the same soil, same water, same nutes, same lights so for months, I've noticed a dramatic difference.
I just can't find the narrow window that this breeder must require to grow well.

I hope it doesn't mean that as a small buyer, I am shipped lower grade products...I'd rather believe something in my grow regimen is off...
BUT....when every other breeder performs in the same conditions...therein lies the dilemma.

I'm gonna guess.. Dutch Passion.

No shame in sayin you've had shit luck with a particular breeders beans imo buddy.. I certainly have.. with more than one big breeder.. it's almost like a stigma to say some big name's beans weren't what they promised.. beware the emperor's new clothes lol.. one of the best strains I've grown one of the first I grew vision seeds ak49 auto.. knock out smoke.. small money.. look it up for price comparison.. lots of breeders could do a whole lot more to get their autos out there.. I find it hard to believe that theyve missed the boat for so long on this forum alone :jointman: wow.. stoned ramblings :headbang:

I keep hoping someone would inform me of the magic pill it must take to grow these problem beans...
My simple grow methods I've used to furnish my meds perpetually for 14 yrs must have a #@$#% in it....
Been around forums a long time, afn the longest, and I always try to promote simple grow methods and stay positive with advice ..... it took months to gather info ( or miss yeilds) to support my ideas of why I can't get results like so many have reported.
Oh I'll keep trying the suspect beans but with perhaps less excitement or expectations. The 'other guys' will get 90% of my grow tent.
And so life goes on....I thought we were so lucky to have a stateside based breeder....
