does anyone know when to start using a bloom fert? i have a diesel ryder auto and breeder joint doctor says in his guide start on week 3, does this mean when the plant is 3 weeks old? or do i need to wait til 4th week. using fox farm soil. thanxs for the help

If you're using FF Ocean Forest it has enough nutrients in it for the first 3-4 weeks. After that I would recommend using vegetative nutes for another 2-3 weeks, then switching to bloom. You can switch sooner but you will lose out on a lot of vertical growth and yield. You plants will take longer than what is advertised but the increased yield is well worth the extra two weeks.

Hi Muddy,

How would you approach this... Growing organic using FFOF soil would you...
a). Use veg nutes as per the FF Schedule
b). Only add nutes if the plant shows a deficiency

I'm 17 days into my 2nd grow and all she has had is water with a 1/2 Tsp Molasses, should I be adding a veg nute (FF Grow Big) at this time even if she shows no need?

Thanks - RF
