Your late in flower so I think you should be ok. I say pinch those nut sacks off, you could harvest or push it that little bit more. Just stay on top of those pollen sacks.
Your late in flower for the seeds to full form if at all, chances are they won't.

To see a hermie at the end of flower is more common than you would think with feminised seed, autos and photos both suffer.

Those seeds have been made by making the plant hermaphrodite. So it stands to reason that trait can be carried forward into the next generation, If a little recessive.
