What's causing this please?

Hi guys! Took a look at my girls this morning and didn't like the look of this leaf, she came away from the main stem very easy too, just wondering what's caused this please and how it can be remedied?

38 days from sprout
Having issues with humidity at the moment if that plays a factor?

Downward clawing could be overwatering, to much heat or to much Nitrogen.

I'm going to go with nitrogen as it seems to be an ongoing thing

The plant looks pretty darn good, so maybe over watering. The leaf is canoeing, so that could be humidity, heat or light too close etc.

If it was nitrogen, the leaves would be yellowing. That last pic is a healthy plant. Whatever was happening is no more.
