I'm wondering what water most auto flower grower's use. If you would also comment on what type grow you do(Hydro, coco, soil, ect.......
Thanks for any input. Peace

Hey Pyrokev. I am only on my third grow and I use soil. On my first two grows, I used tap water which sat out for 24 hours but on my new grow, it is going to be strictly distilled water.

My tap water is very hard and I think it may have been a factor on why all my fan leaves were turning yellow and falling off starting weeks 4 through 5. All 8 plants, all fan leaves. I'm hoping that in using DW, I see a difference.

Growing in soil I use tap water that sits by my tent in a large gorilla bucket for a few days until used.

@gardener, that is what I'm thinking of doing. I have a big tote that I can put in my spare tub and fill it up with tap water. I would also add a air pump to keep the water moving and oxygenated. I'm getting tired of going and filling up 5 gal bottles. I'm wondering if it would also be ok for Hydro

I'm in my second grow soil, sometimes is tap water ,ane sometimes i left her for 24h or more...

I use bubbled/dechlorinated tap in a soiless mix.... Pro mix. The reason I make SURE its dechlorinated is my feed involves adding benificial microbes and fungi to the soil to ensure a healthy root system... If the chlorine is still in the water it can kill some of the things I pay money to put in my soil

I use a mix of RO and rain water (depending on what I have on hand) in my bubbleponic set-up; I always add hydro-guard for ease of mind

For me it's much more low key than regularly shifting bottles. An air pump is on the list, but at the moment I use my nute syringe to squirt air into my mix until it's filled with thousands of tiny bubbles. Figure it must add some oxygen to my roots...
