currently I am not to happy with the type of soil I have been using. It has given me nice plants but I just feel it's to inconsistent and a little hot for my liking. I used a ffof happy frog mix. I'm thinking of switching to biobizz lite or maybe promix but promix is peat moss based if I remember and I'm just not used to it I heard it retains water easily and I'm a little concerned about watering. So what are u guys using ??? I don't want to make my own mix I jus want something simple out of the bad maybe add some perlite nothing to crazy, any recommendations ????

I began with OF/HF/Perlite. Then I changed to 50/50 OF/Perlite. Did that for a long while. Now I am using Coco Loco/Perlite and get very nice roots. I have pure coco too, but still prefer the Coco Loco.

I placed 25% Roots Organics on the bottom of my 5 gallon fabric pots and then filled other 75% with Roots 707
both straight out of the bag
then followed with Biobizz fish mix and bloom for nutes via Hazy's schedule
Ist grow but plants loving it so far and I haven't blown it up yet and 5 auto's between 50-60 days for an outdoor run

I've been using promix heavy on the perlite with Mykos. I'm trying less promix and have added coco for the first time with some gorilla glue in air pots. I'm liking the air pots a lot...
Do u water everyday ? I know with coco you're supposed too but what about that mix ? And what percentage coco ?

I switched from FFHF to Roots Organic Formula 707...love it
I like roots organic I use there nutrients with the soul synthetics too and I know they are a great company and care about quality It would kinda cost a lot I think for how much soil I would need but I would love to try there soil at some point thank you

Use pro mix HP high porosity no vermiculite just straight up perlite at 78 to 80 degrees she will drink all that water up like no tomorrow and if you want add a couple heaping cupfuls of perlite or use sunshine mix [HASHTAG]#4[/HASHTAG] it is a very porous soil less mix no vermiculite A/N use sunshine mix [HASHTAG]#4[/HASHTAG] with all there soil less grows it is what they use to run comparisons and what not. I have even used pro mix bx which has vermiculite in it to retain water but just add three cups of perlite to a five gallon container and she will soak up the food great but the last method is only if I cannot get pro mix HP which is what I have used for years
