Can they be salvaged? Any info you need just let me know (ie strain {green crack}). These pics should be self diagnosable to an experienced Auto grower.

It's not looking good...
If they're wet, it's probably damping off... If they're dry, they got too dry and are toast. :/

See the bottleneck at the base of the first one (hour glass shaped pinch) that is called damping off. It is caused by many different pathogens in cool wet conditions. Many new growers leave a cup or some other cover over the seedlings too long. Take them off as soon as the seed is up. It needs to be 78°F with 60% humidity in the early life of the seedling. With a cup over them it can easily be 90% humidity then if it cools off below 70°F bamm damping off.

The second picture is not clear enough.

The light is 1500 watts around 1000 actual. So that's why the light was like 6 ft away

I didn't do the cup thing, but I believe I didn't pay attention to the humidity enough.

I know that this can get a little complicated but you should learn about Vapor Pressure Deficit. It shows you what the humidity should be for a given temperature in the plant life phase. Here is a pretty good chart:
