What do you think of my setup?

If you are in straight coco, then you should consider lowering you ph to 5.7 - 6.1. A 4 inch inline fan will work for a 3x3, but if you can afford it, go with the 6". Gives you more wiggle room so to speak. Also, be sure that your carbon filter (if using) CFM is the same as inline fan CFM or higher, which is preferable. I'll throw some luck dust your way. Perlite is absolutely fine.
Also, good choice for seeds. Dinafem is my favorite breeder.
 
Organics in coco require 6.5 to 6.8 ph
This is what I'm familiar with, just double checking since this is going to be my first auto grow under MIGRO cob LEDs. Dry amendments all organic. What are your takes on teas for autos? Using Molasses Worm castings Kelp Alfalfa and Bat guano. I already plan to LST them early and through mid flower.

I decided to go with soil instead of coco but still use dry amendments
