New Grower What did my friend wrong with his Autos Seedling?

A freind of mine is also a Grower but New on the Auto Genetics.. I bought for him a few Seeds from Mephisto and he put a week ago a Alien Triangle in a Coco Pot and today he freakt out what a shit Genetics this is his Seed Germinate but dont Grow maybe the Root Molding i dont realy know whatch this pictrue. I think he Overwater this Seedling and than the Root Mold and Dye? He Grow in Coco many times but with sucess but this time not, so wahts is the problem why this happens?

Looks like it dried out imo . It happens sometimes. How does he germinate

Definitely not the genetics, a vs t is some awesome herb. Looks like it dried up to me.
