Well I think I figured out my issue with help from you guys. I did another wash but this time i broke it down into smaller quantities and washed for about 10 secs. I also reused my was with the other batches to reduce the amount of ISO needed. I also used a bubble bag as a strainer instead of a coffee filter. The final product came out more like wax and not dry blonde like before. Im currently heating my oven and going to be trying again. Wish me luck!!!
