Looks like Calcium. You should always take pics in natural light. Can not tell what the leaves look like other than that. You need to provide a lot more information about your grow. There is a form. Ill see if I can find it.

:jointman: Welcome to AFN's Infirmary where AFN Staff will try to provide quick reliable Answers to all your plant Problems.
The main Infirmary Staff are Waira, and namvet25

*NOTE: Please post in the Infirmary section proper, as this is just the Form thread...

...To enable a quick response to your plant Problems we need You to provide some Basic Information.

Please fill in this form:
(copy and paste part is below, this first one tell what specifically to include)

-Problem: (brief description)
-Medium/grow method: soil; soilless-- coco, or peat based like Promix, etc. (please provide the actual product name); DWC, NFT, etc.
-Feed and supplements used: include brand, dosage/strength, frequency of feeding and watering (alone); method-- by hand, drippers, rercirc' or drain-to-waste,... N-P-K #'s too if you can!
-Water source: RO/DI; tap- dechlorinated-?..... EC or TDS reading; pH (don't bother with this on RO/DI, do bother with TDS/EC though to confirm it's working well enough)
-Strain and age
-Climate:
night and day ambient T and RH%; res' temperatures; any extremes in T/RH% exposure
- Light used: HID, LED, COB, combo of,... wattage; light cycle hours (20/4, 18/6 , etc.); distance to tops....
-Additional info: How long have the plants been affected?...How fast did symptoms appear?... Anything else you think might be relevant..

--Pictures including WHOLE PLANT PICS, and troubled leaves.. use normal light or flash as other light sources ruin color rendering, critical for diagnostics!

...Looks like P defc. to me,.. huh, only at 30% dosage and you have 1.0EC in nutes alone? ... well if the pH has been in range and stable, it's not locked out, so it's likely a lack-of,... work in a PK booster if you can, reduce base nutes if needed.....

RO from the tap is 0.1ec, after I add calmag it is around 0.5ec. I've checked PH in reservoir this morning and it was 5.6, but I've tried to check ph in AP trays and it is 6.2-6.4, could that be the problem? What would cause the ph rise in trays?

So, the res' is fine for pH, but the trays show in the 6's? Are the plants taking up the feed soln. normally? I can't imagine what would do that, short of some major microbial scuzz caked in the trays......or the pots are somehow back-flowing...
Let's confirm your pH meter is in good working order... calibrated recently? Stored in the proper solution, never let dry out? Gotta check this first always,...
I wish you could get a reading directly in the pots. low 6's is OK with coco, but not in purely liquid hydro'...
I'm still leaning toward too light of feeds, are you running bloom nutes now? It looks like mostly lower fans affected, Ca defc. hit higher up...
A PK booster will get a nice shot of P in there,.. between the nutes and the Ca-Mg, it should be plenty of Ca going in,... Ca and P defc. can look alike sometimes.

I've no idea at the minute what could be causing that. Last to reservoir fills I've added Great White, just in case theres some bacteria which is causing that. The PH meter is calibrated every week, it's Apera, the most it was off was 0.1. How could I measure ph directly in pots? The last fill, I switched to bloom nutes, though I think it was too early and increaced EC to 1.4. And I've increaed calmag dose by 0.5ml/l, that's the advice from hydro store. Will see if that's gonna make situation better. I also thought that it might be P def. and not Ca, because the signs were on lower leaves, the thing which made me doubt, that newer growth leaves were twisty.
