Just wondering what motivates other's strain selections most.

My two biggest concerns are very potent smell and resin production, gotta have both so I can make tasty hash, some of the buds that smoke great as flowers don't make the best hash.

For me a combination of quality and yield. Wouldnt want a high yielder if there was no taste

Yo all, its flavour for me. some taste so funky strong it makes me feel higher regardless of the potency. but that's just me I guess. lol

Potency is my main sticking point. I feel you can get all strains to yield well, if experienced enough. I also enjoy all the different flavors of weed. Once I grew some super potent smoke, I was hooked.
