What are these bugs?

have some bugs in my first organic grow. Plants look fairly healthy. Some are smaller and white some are larger and tan. They come out when I water or spray neem oil.

Looks like spider mites! You need to clean that up quick before they are all over your garden.

They seem to only be in the dirt. I dont see anything tjat resembles spider mites in the leafs

Looks like compost mites to me. Harmless to your plants.
