I need to find something good for eating or I to am going to blow away!
I've not found anything in last 6 months to work none of it helps me to eat yet I'm hoping something in my recent mephisto order will help.
I've not been this thin since I was 19 I've never been big 130 max but I'm at 95 and it's terrible.
And I love food love to cook im a good cook severe up set stomach and lack of appetite have been awful last year.
My health is terrible.
It sounds to me like your digestive system is out of wack. Do you have a ph pen?
A low ph and being low in minerals (magnesium is a major one) makes you not able to absorb the nutrients you do eat.
Think about our plants, they need the right balance of nutrients to thrive.
Some things I would suggest for right now is drinking warm water with lemon juice or a mint tea with lemon before meals.
Mints, citrus, apples and cranberry juice stimulate appetite.
Vitamin B-6 stimulates digestive juices
Cook with spices like tumeric, ginger and chili.
But it seems to me if your stomach is upset, stimulating your appetite is not the answer.
