I Killed my first Autos..and was on the way to killing the second lot...so..it is an Improvement on my First attempt..
I killed all but one of my first auto run. And I crushed my second run, right after they showed sex. I had learned so much, from my first attempt, and from reading the threads here, that I had 5 out of 5 regular seeds go female, and then I dropped my light on them. But that did not deter me. I have the experience of the successful auto growers, to draw upon, to make my next grow a success. And to me, that is priceless.
My little dwarf HBD, that is from my first grow, will be chopped, in the next few days. She was lucky she was a dwarf, when my light fell, so she survived. I am really looking forward to trying her, as the smoke will determine what my next seed purchase will be. The choice will be between HBD, and MI5, though I am leaning towards MI5 as that was what was growing so well, before the light crushed them. But the HBD smoke might change my mind.
Here is my little dwarf.
The trichs are 70% milky, but everytime I think she needs to be chopped, new groth shows up, with more clear trichs, and I need to reassess. I am pretty sure that the stress, that she had as a sprout, slowed her growing down, as she is 12 weeks old, and still putting out new growth.
Here are the plants that will replace her. two have sprouted, and the rest should be popping up at any time. All the other seeds are HBD with the exception of a photo strain, Nirvanas' Papaya, which I will be taking cuttings from for my photo grow.
Sorry if I stomped on this thread, but I could not shut up. That is one of my problems, when smoking the more sativa strains, like the Razorberry sativa phenotype I am smoking this morning.
Have a great weekend
