Dropped 3 JeanO’s beans into a water mixture I use for a 12 hour, max soak. I’ll be moving them to solo cups with a mixture of Happy Frog, Organic ProLife, 4-4-4, and reptile terrarium sand, all sifted and mixed well, sometime before bed tonight. This is all new soil, usually I’ll mix in some old soil but I have been dumping the old soil into a bed I have setup outside for composting and worm habitat.

The soil and cups are already in the tent getting acclimated to the 80f environment, since my soil and supplies are stored outside in the greenhouse.
I will be using Gold Leaf nutrient line, since that’s what I have on hand and need to get rid of. I’ll be supplementing with several different options as the grow progresses.

Hopefully it’s a smooth transition from my current Photoperiod grow to this auto run.
12-14 days max in the Solo Cups and then these 3 will be going into 5gal GroBucket systems. This should work out perfectly to harvest, clean, sanitize and get setup for the Auto run.

1-Blueberry Cheezecake (BBC), a big ole beauty for me in the past and a favorite to grow.
1- What’s My Name (WMN), another favorite & heavy yielder for me in the past.
1- Hellhound XXL, a new-to-me JeanO’s to try out.
One of the above 3 will be my contest entry and knowing JeanO’s products I’m sure it will have a good showing regardless of the outcome.

I’m also dropping one of the Root Beer Float that everyone keeps talking about. I’m torn between a 5gal grow bucket for it and a 7gal fabric pot. It will not be a part of this contest, only to fill my 4x8 and max my legal limit. Hopefully I won’t regret that decision later
Also, for the first time my entire grow will be ALL JeanO’s products ! Let’s hope I stay healthy for this grow, since it could be EPIC !!!

How should we do the Thread Marks and is there a limit to how many can be used or a time frame on editing?
I was going to have the germination thread mark and week 1 week 2 and so on till plants finish with final thread mark being Final Picture Poll pic. End of week 2 is should be TM as chosen battle plant.

:smoking:...no limit on threadmarks count or editing time (I think) bro',....but to avoid clusterfek, they should be reserved for exactly what you designated above only to avoid a bunch of unnecessary bookkeeping; have the contestants threadmark just the official check-ins....
When you hit the threadmark button, you'll see that you can either see all of them in that short list, or hit reader mode which switches you into a normal thread format but with only the threadmarked posts in it...
Looks like folks are hip to doing their own threadmarks already-

Got mine in today. Mine must have came from you before you had your packaging, and I got them as part of a prize from another grow. Hopefully that’s not an issue.

Soaking 3 Blue Dog. Afterwards will paper towel for a day until going into 3 gallon air pots with Coco or Promix HP. Megacrop 1-part v2 for primary nutrients.

Got coco prepped and buffered. Left in tent to get temperature around the same. Today after the 24hr bean soak I had 2 that split and can see tail, the other 2 I had to slightly squeeze to crack shell. Filled the pots with coco and transferred seeds 1/4-3/8” deep. Now the wait to see what pops and if I’ll have to start over.

Yeah I remember giving those out to you must have been about 3 years ago for the outdoor comp prizes. I can tell my horrible hand righting anywhere I think those are probably the F3 RBX Blue Cheese beans? It will be cool seeing them run again!

I wanted to remind those I don't have germination pics for that the party has started!
@AJrexxx is going to be a little bit late arriving to the show and I am good with that if anyone else is going to be a little bit late on dropping their beans just let me know please. I did leave a fair amount of time to finish out but remember that we have till 4-20 to post up the picture poll full plant photo!
