Hey FastBuds, have you any strains that tend to stay about 60cm/24" tall or less? I'm looking into short but high yield strains for my micro grow

I would recommend Grapefruit or Northern express as these are our shortest plants The heights stated would likely be bigger than 60cm, you may be able to reduce the height further by changing the pot size.

Cheers. What pot size would you suggest for them to get 60cm? I'll be doing some LST with them anyway just don't want to be doing too much lst if its a tall plant lol

Normally we would recommend 10 liter pots, so if you used 6 liter pots that should help keep the height down.

About 85% of the time the plants will produce nice purple buds.

Hello and welcome fast buds, hmmm it just so happens i have one of your meth seeds and chopping my cream next friday.
I have been debating what to start next, meth,cherry bomb,candy kush or berry rider.
It will be in a hydro and led stealth box. Last grow of the year till next april.
If meth gets too tall i'll have to do some super cropping on it. What do u think, to sensitive a plant or go for it ?

Meth is a great plant of medium height, i'm sure you'll be happy with her. I would not recommend cropping her (or any autos) as you can hinder their development. If you want to control the height for your hydro setup, I would recommend keeping the lights at a lower height from the start so the plants don't grow too tall. If the plant is still growing too much after lowering the lights, try folding the top slightly.

Thanks, i keep my led's pretty close . When they start flowering is when they take off
If you mean bending the tops but not break them, thats what i mean by supercropping and i lst them over too.
My cream ran into my lights and i bent them 90 degrees. some stems multipe places.
Worked great.
I know they say dont mess with auto's but my mainly indica decided it wanted to be a sativa.
Anyway thanks again.
So she's a pretty sensitive plant then. Good to know as im still pretty new to this.
