For some reason my new auto Biodiesel mass seedling was born with 2 perfect little holes directly parallel to each other.

I don't believe so. However that is just as good of a possibility as any.

I usually just consider it a blemish and forget about it. Seeds have many strange and sensitive tendencies they usually grow out of. Think of it as a pimple or something. As long as it is isolated to a few leaves, no need to worry or anything.
