Okay guys, been a long while since I've posted on here, got major paranoia about posting online about this kinda stuff, but needs must. Got a 5 week old crop circle plant that is a bit unhappy. Its shown signs of this since it first sprouted, had weird twisted leaves and small patches of strange pale almost white on the leaves. Had this on my last grow with a different strain and all the plants grew out of it after 3-4 weeks, but this one seems to be getting worse. Any help is greatly appreciated! 
What is your experience level? Novice
Your Equipment:
.1) Type and wattage of lights. CFL dual spectrum 300w
.2) Distance from tops? 4.5 inches
.3) Reflector type? not sure
.4) Is there a consistent fresh air supply? Sort of, air is drawn from a very large well ventilated room and exhaust goes out into another room
.5) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan? Yes
.6) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule? 300w, schedule is 18/6, not sure about kelvin rating
Your medium:
.7) Plant magic soil with perlite added at 3:1 ratio
.8) 5l air pot
Your nutrients and water:
.9) Source of water. tap water, ph is 8.9 straight out of the tap
10) Method of checking water ph. ph pen
11) Method of adjusting water ph. The nutes lower the ph a fair bit, I'm just adding more or less cal/mag (organic) to then raise it to around 6.5 for each feed
12) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. Using plant magic old timer organic nutes, just moved to bloom 3-5-4 at 2ml per litre, veg nutes were 5-3-3, started at 1.5ml per litre and then raised to 2.5ml per litre for second week of feeding.
13) How often are you watering between feedings, and how much per watering? I do two feeds of 1litre per week, followed by one water of 1litre
14) Any additives or tea's? Adding humbroldt equilibrium organic cal/mag, as had deficiencies in the past due to very soft water here
15) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate? I try to keep each feed between 6.5 and 6.7
16) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph? Haven't chcked runoff yet, will do on next feed
17) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray? No foliar feeding

19) What size of closet, room or hut? 60x60x120 grow tent
20) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? ...With lights off? Lights on 23-25 °C, lights off the lowest reading I've had is around 15 °C
21) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom? No
