New Grower Watering question...

You have to make the leaves preach towards the light!

EDIT: I'm pretty sure your "N" deficiency (which it probably isn't but shortage on oxygen) will go away if you let the soil really dry out! (I am afraid you don't really know how light actually dried out soil feels like because 2-3l a day is impossible to dry out!) if your soil is really dry your plant+pot will be light as a feather!

Hi, Marty :) From your pics, yeah, I think you're overwatering. That could well explain the N def look and the leaf spotting. The roots are saturated, so they can't "breathe". We got to get that sorted, and then those Lovely Ladies can go on a bud stacking frenzy :)
Here is what I'd do... Let the Girls dry out a bit-illbethere is right on- when the pot feels REALLY light, then its time for 1, maybe 1.25 litres of liquid- after feeding/watering, immediately pick up the pot, and you'll know what "heavy" is. Keep an eye on them after that (if you're like me, I check my plants 5 times a day, min! lolol), and if the pot feels "noticeably" lighter than it did when heavy, its time to give them another drink. In my grow room, I find that its every other day-a litre, maybe a gulp or two more- is all my Harem will need.
It took me a long time to figure out the light pot feel... It was frustrating, for sure! When I started lifting the pots right after a feeding, it just clicked. I hope that helps :)
I'll keep an eye out for updates on your situation, and send over some :karma Cloud: for the Ladies, and :slap: for fighting the good fight.
You'll get this sorted, and it looks like you're in for a righteous harvest, too!

Hi all, been a while since I've posted, had to go away with work. So had to leave plants in the hands of a trusting friend! It turns out I really didn't know what a light pop felt like. Let them dry for 3 days or so and couldn't believe how light they were. Seems all watering issues are back to normal. Since being away for a week can't believe the growth since I've came back! Really filling out now. Although there is some quite serious spotting on my star Ryder. I'm thinking it looks like cal def. I'll post a pic and see if any body can confirm I'm right, it's looking quite serious.

Marty
