Anyone else who uses cannabis to help them sleep find themselves waking up with headaches or bodyaches?
I've been dealing with some insomnia lately, which is thankfully pretty rare for me and I've found that a teaspoon of my ABV coconut oil an hour or two before bed solves the issue nicely. However, it's been leaving me feeling pretty beat up in the morning - fuzzy headed, headache, bodyaches, etc. Almost like I'm hung over.
I do have reason to believe that much like an actual hangover, dehydration is at least somewhat to blame (the humidifier on my CPAP machine has been broken for awhile) but I wonder also if I'm simply sleeping so deeply that I'm not tossing and turning in my sleep and as a result my body's making me pay for it in the morning. But I also feel like the CPAP isn't the sole culprit, since I don't tend to feel *as* rough in the mornings if I don't have to use oil the night before.
So...anyone else experience this as well? If so, any fixes besides "get yer CPAP fixed, ya dummy!"?
Thanks!
