I was just looking at BotryStop and you are supposed to stop application 4 weeks prior to harvest? Is that the schedule you followed? I would be biting my nails to the second knuckle by now.
yeah, one PDF says 4 weeks, another says 3,... I've been in direct communication with them after seeing a KIS podcast featuring BioWorks. Turns out they don't sell to private individuals really, product is offered only in 6lb bags for commercial applications!
... So I gave a little song and dance, and got a small sampler sent to try out!
It has a very short shelf life even stored cold (not frozen!), my bag says' "best by" December '20....
I was going to try RotBlock as an official tester, but they ghosted on us here; several members have reached out to them, myself included, at their site no less and were utterly ignored, so FU to them -
So, I figure 1-2 rounds more depending... During the fires/heat wave, I fell off the treatments for a couple rounds trying to keep the ash off the plants, did lots of foliar rinsing... I figured maybe it's pointless during then as it may be washing off the buggers before they get properly established? That I'll have to ask about,... the high pH potential from the ash was another possible factor....
SA is showing surface attacks, not deeper stem diving shit which is fantastic for fighting it! A couple small spots on MC have shown, but that's it... her buds are prime for it too, being so dense... Oddly late season fog isn't helping! But so far it's been minimal to none on the others... I can only conclude that the ealier treatments are doing their job as the buds grows and buries the spores inside them. Usually, I get deeper starting rot because of this, seldom getting just surface attacks....
Waira, that was a crazy story about the theft last year! Glad it wasn’t something you missed. That would be the case this year, so here’s to a safe and secure harvest this year! Stealing someone’s bud is just wrong on so many levels!
Botrystop, huh? Okay, if both you and MOG are recommending, I should have it on standby.
My guess (and the cops) was that they were opportunistic punk rat-fuckers, probably pipeheads... Indeed, hopefully they won't be back, but if they try, the cameras will catch them... The 300lb Samoan dude and family neighbor there will be a much worse outcome if he catches them! He'd smash skulls like overripe melons, straight-up...
Man she looks great on small side but I've really come to enjoy the 1to1 strains they really give me motivation and energy and dab wise I get the same head change but with it being very clean and it really helps my mobility with having lyme disease and not being able to take the meds for it bc I'm allergic to them and the unknown auto immune disease. Would you recommend this strain I've been slowly picking brains like yours as I breed as well and would love to incorporate some top tier 1to1 genetics into some current projects, any other 1to1 strains that you personally like or do recommend? Thanks for all you do here it's very much appreciated and glad ur a part of this community and we need many more like you!
It's a mystery mate, why she went stubby on me,... Nashira and GP didn't, and the last one wasn't like this either =
I can recommend her for sure Fitzy, and I know some others here are trying some different crossed of theirs including the Sweet Pure CBD... I've not run any others yet though, so I can't attest directly...They have several photo' CBD crosses now too based off their best cultivar line-up! Most are somewhere in the 1:1 - 1:2 range though...
If you're breeding, I know Short Stuff has reg's for sale! I don't know if any are CBD rich though, so have a look... They have good genetics though!
Cheers Fitzy, I appreciate the kind words! Good members like yourself are as much a part of it too
