It's a kit from Amsterdam. You just take the lid off and keep it warm.

Mine is a super grow kit, pre soaked. I've bought a reptile heat mat and lifted the kit off the mat about 10mm.
Considering I've had no heating all week it seems to be happy, so that's the way forward by the look of it.
