Set thermostat to 21c, remove knob, place screwdriver into 'd' shaped hole, turn screwdriver until hole is 'o' shaped.

Heating cost reduced.

I'm not really sure, but I'm thinking about getting solar panels installed so I don't need to worry about that any more.
